J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dynatrace (Detroit, MI)

The process took a few weeks, I applied at a college fair and had a phone interview shortly after. After that I spoke with the Technical recruiter who asked so questions about my background and IT related questions like something you would see on a test. I was then brought into the Detroit campus and participated in 4 interviews, standard questions for 3 and a technical interview. I then had to present a case study of how the company could help a scenario problem with which I was given the information before. I was not offered the position likely because I don't feel as if I prepared for the technical portion as much as I should have. Overall very interesting company I would've enjoyed working for.
The fairly straightforward process from application to interview to offer. The process is very male-dominated. The new CEO has brought in new executives but the professional services team is still dominated by old mainframe people. As a female, I don't feel comfortable with this leadership.

First round is screening with recruiter, then technical interview, if you pass next then there’s a final round set of interviews. Overall, it’s been a good process still waiting to hear back.
