The interview process was ridiculously long. One phone interview, two Zoom interviews with different managers, a whole day of in-person, on-site interviews which amounts to about 8 in total. At the time thought this was a good sign, that they were being super thorough. Really, it meant that tasks weren't being delegated well, that everyone from the top brass to lower management felt they needed input, rather than just trusting the hiring team to do their job. It was exhausting and frustrating.

Really fun. They respond very quick and give you lots of opportunities to show your worth! I enjoyed interviewing with them. They also give you lots of freedom to ask questions or even call!

I applied online in January 2021. I received an email the following day requesting a phone interview. The phone interview lasted maybe 30 to 45 minutes. It was very simple and to the point. At the end of my interview I asked what I could expect moving forward, and the guy scheduled the second meeting in that moment.
The second interview was with a content lead two weeks later. Honestly, I thought the interview went very well! There was some laughter, jokes, and constructive commentary. I thought we flowed. He even told me I was doing a great job and that the interview was going well when I must have looked nervous.
I once again asked what to expect moving forward, and he talked about the next stage in the process and that if I was chosen to move forward, I'd know next week.
I never was contacted again. I reached out to the recruiter, and was told that the position was filled but they were hiring more. I never heard back. I still have no idea what went wrong and never received any feedback about the interview. I honestly think I upset the man because I asked for more clarity on the job description and request because the description online seemed vague (it was extremely vague). Turns out that's the guy who wrote it. Whoops, not sorry.
I understand not getting hired, but at least tell the interviewee, especially if they're past the first round of interviews.
