I applied for the position by sending my resume and cover letter over email. They asked me to come in for an interview that would also include a spelling/vocab/grammar test. On the day of the interview, the test was the first part - pretty simple, pretty quick to get through. Then I talked to the hiring manager as well as a couple of the lawyers for whom I would be working. Overall it was a pleasant experience and an easy-going interview. They ended up hiring internally.
