Really creepy and gross, actually. It was at a warehouse, and when I walked in it smelled like weed and had a big couch in the middle with a half eaten box of cinnamon buns sitting out. It was like a stoner man cave. They said the interview was just going to be a "vibe check." They did not like my vibe, as I got an email not 20 minutes later saying they didn't think I was a good fit.

Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed. Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.
