I received two interviews— an in person and an over the phone. Casual questions were asked mainly about what I hope for myself in the future and my interests. Eventually I was asked about how I could contribute to the company and what I hope to achieve from working there

What do you want to pursue when you finish school and why?
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.

There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.

The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
