In-person interview along with another informal meeting the following week. The overall process took a month and was deemed promising but suddenly all communication stopped. Waited approximately another week after following up to get a response that they will not be moving forward.

Entretien
The interview was a very comfortable situation. They just wanted to see if you can hold a conversation, and didn't ask you the typical interview questions. All in all it was and easy interview.
