I thought the interview process was extremely rigorous for an APM, even more so than Google which has a notoriously rigorous interview process. That being said, while the skills on which they were evaluating candidates are core to strong product management. I personally believe that the expectations were just so high for a junior PM.

There was a strategy case interview, a culture fit interview, a funnel analysis interview, and a design interview.
Interview process required a lot of upfront work (take home assignment). Once you proceed, steps are clear. During the interview, I felt that the interviewer didn't want to be there and wasn't attentive.

The overall process is Take-home practice -> Phone Screening -> First Round -> Second Round. You have to complete the take-home practice before the phone screening. Since I received the phone screening right away after I submitted the take-home practice, I am not sure if they actually look at the practice before moving forward. I think they both contribute to the screening process. However, I do feel like since the practice can take a lot of time during midterm seasons, maybe screening before take-home practices might work better?
