Recruiter reached out over LinkedIn and set up a call. She proceeded to call me 30 mins later than the original scheduled time, no worries, things happen. Told me she would set up a call with a group lead and not to worry about the title of the position as she has multiple positions that she thinks I would be a good fit for. Cue to the day of the phone interview, I receive an email saying I'm not being considered for the position anymore because "priorities have changed for the role". But I was being considered for multiple roles? Total mess of a process and would definitely not work at a place which treats potential employees like this and wastes their time.
