Applied via post and got a letter back for an interview which was in person (only 15-20 mins) and after i had got a letter about the outcome whether i was accepted or rejected
Straight forward ten minute interview, asked three competency questions - what is customer service, how have you worked in a team, how have you improved customer experience were amongst questions asked.
