The employer will ask you why you want to work for this company. She also asks some irrelevent questions to test whether you have the ability to provide excellent customer service. She also describe how to make a cup of coffee and require you to repeat that. I did a horrible job in this part, but still got the job.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
