I got a call a few days after I filled out an application. The Assistant Manager asked me to come in two days after he called to set up an interview. When I arrived, he gave me a worksheet explaining the duties of the position, asked why I would like to work for Dunkin', then hired me on the spot.

It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
