J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dunkin' (East Greenwich, RI) en avr. 2012

The interview process is very straightforward. Essentially, employer is looking for competent people with positive attitudes. They are looking for people who can handle the fast pace and for someone trustworthy enough to handle a register and to not steal from the company. Reliability is also important, because if a member is out it makes it very difficult for the rest of the crew to function.
Essentially, if you get an interview, dress appropriately and you will likely sit down one on one with the manager and get asked very general questions about your experience and why you want the job. Overall, the process is quick and painless.

It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
