J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dunkin' (North Kingstown, RI) en juin 2016
Entretien
The interview was at a table in the store, manager asked me why I applied, asked about availability per week, how much I wanted to work and when I was going back to school. Asked about a few things listed on my resume. Pretty casual.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Why did you apply? How many hours a week are you available? What other commitments do you have that may limit flexibility?
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Dunkin' (South Dakota Park, SD)
Entretien
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
