Relatively straight-forward. Spent time shadowing current employees before being asked questions regarding availability. Also was given a task about furnishing homes and helping customers. Overall the process lasted approximately 2.5 hours.

Was with two people, both of which were very nice. Asked you mainly questions that they had about your CV. They interviewed 13 people for this one job. I was rejected the day after even though my interview went well, I have fully availability, previous experience in retail and I'm a local to the area. Not sure what else they wanted. I've asked for feedback but haven't received anything.
