It was very smooth. The interviewer describe the position at first. And then asked me generic questions about my previous roles and what I am looking for. Scenario based questions were asked.
Quick questions about my past experience with the managers of the store, then brief tasks on the shop floor such as organising stock, overall very simple. Heard back within a couple of days with an offer of employment.

The whole interview process was quick and straightforward. Very easy questions such as tell me about yourself why you want to join Dunelm, past experiences with dealing with customers, what are your goals and motivations, what can you bring to Dunelm etc

Went to the store at my time slot and waited for about 5 minutes in the break room for my interview. the interviewer was very nice and the interview took about 30 minutes.
