terrible interview process. basic questions asked. no interest from management. no professionalism with the interview process. avoid at all costs as you will be wasting your time even attending the interview

structured process with team member - experience, motivations, progressions, strengths and weakenesses etc. felt comfortable and was a natural conversation. The team member was very good, friendly and professional. Thank you

Entretien
Firstly they got us into groups and gave us a scenario with items to find but you choose style and colours etc then they put you on the shop floor for an hour stocking shelves, so they got us doing free labour then they took us on a one to one interview where they asked 3 stupid questions that arnt even relevant to dunelm so that decided if you got the job or not so even though you did an hour of their work you still wasn’t good enough for the job if you couldn’t answer the questions how they’d like you too.
