They interviewed us internally but still managed to pick a colleague that was previously a team leader. No chance for others within branch to step up . Felt like it was an unfair process as good candidates but they just used a previous team leader which was demoted a few months earlier

Had a phone interview detailing the role and got asked wuestions about my experience an dhow i would fit in to the company and then had 2 interviews, 1 with store manager and one with assisstant store manager. Them interviews were again to assess my ability and passion for the job and to quash any worries either of us had about me moving from my previous job to this one
