Had one phone interview with the hiring manager and 4 back-to-back in person interviews. Was essentially promised the job after 3+ hours and then got a rejection email stating the reason I didn’t get the job was because I wasn’t able to hold enough eye contact. This wasn’t a client facing job... and I am diagnosed with mild autism, hence the difficulty with eye contact (but I’m always trying). Overall not great.
