This interview/selection experience was different . 1.Wednesday : Applied for job. 2. Thursday : Received phone call for chatting . At this time selection for interview was not final. 3. Friday : Selected for interview . Time and date was next week on Tuesday. in addition request for all document and references was made. 4. Monday: I submitted all my education and certificate around 15 of them with references. "Submitted my previous employer references " and not for current employer . I could have submitted my reference for current employer . But all I was asked to submit references . 5 Tuesday : Two hours before interview got a phone call that they have hired someone within. Sharing as I have never gone through process like this . Might help someone. I am glad they hired someone within the company.
