I applied over monster and got a phone call couple of days later, asking me to come in for an interview. Showed up to an empty office with just the woman that was going to interview me. We had a good talk and she said she'd call me the following day and let me know when I should come in and "shadow" her for training purposes and to see if I'd be a good fit for the company. Never heard from them again.
