I applied online and it took 8 weeks to hear back from the recruiter. They ask for references before the interview. I completed those and the interview was set for when I was available. I met with the unit manager and then shadowed a nurse on the unit. Everyone was nice and the interview went well. They chose another candidate, but I'd definitely apply again.

Entretien
Met with the recruiter, scheduled a zoom interview with the nurse manager. Say on zoom call for an hour by myself. Nurse manager never showed up. Rescheduled the interview, thought it went great, sounded promising. Never heard anything back. Scheduled another interview for another position and received an email literally 10 mins before saying it was canceled.
