They make sure you talk to several different people of varying seniority, which is helpful when you have different kinds of questions you'd like to ask. I felt like I was given varying amounts of attention depending on who the interviewer was (some were clearly multitasking), but overall, had a positive experience.

Extremely quick and easy. Went through several rounds of interviews over the course of a month. Pleased with the speed and the ability to speak with current employees. The only downside was the inability to negotiate the offer and the inequity of the offer.
