Chaotic, took approximately 6 months to complete, lacked attention to details....overall one of the more unprofessional hiring processes that i have ever been involved with. It was a great indicator of what experiences were to come as the company operated in the same manner. Due to the time difference, extended holidays periods, extremely bureaucratic methods and very strict top down management style of the organization, expect that all processes, hiring included will be an arduous process. Also, given that the organization has been sued in the past (I was not one, but I knew of others), they have become very protective so expect to sign an extended contract meant to protect their interest in all areas.
