Received an email from the salon manager one month after I applied online to set up an interview with the salon assistant manager. The interview was informal which wasn't a problem. We couldn't have the interview inside because there is no space and it is loud so, we had to sit outside. I thought the interview was easy, the salon assistant manager was nice but, I did not hear back from them so I assume I didn't get the job.

There wasn't any difficult questions. It was mainly about the day to day functions of a bar tender/receptionist.
Phone and in person: I applied on line and got an interview in the next week. Very fast process they were looking to bring some one asap! One on One meeting not Panel

it was a group interview the process was smooth and easy. it was a group interview, it was also at a different location then the actualy location i applied for which was cool.
