While we are sorry that you left your conversation with a negative experience, what you are alleging could not be further from the truth. Drybar interview guides, including the Facilities Manager interview guide, are structured around professional competencies and technical knowledge. At no point was the subject of gender, or any other protected classes, addressed.
As far as your question on compensation, Drybar's standard practice is to address compensation goals and at no time do we inquire into a candidate's current compensation. What you are alleging here, again, is incorrect.
