Hiring process is such a hopeless..first I clear their online test. Then got a call for technical round related with UI technologies. This round was pretty good and the interviewer person is very cool and have sound knowledge of modern UI technologies. after clearing that round, I got call for third round with some director level person. The worst experience feel their. The person who took interview is from UX team and asking question for UX only,not a single question related to UI technology. I really disappointed with him and Druva. While in JD I didn't found UX term then how you change criteria suddenly. Bad process and irresponsible HR.
