The interview process stared through an internal recruiter. Who went through my resume, experience, and salary expectations. Determined that I was a good fit for the position and that my expectations were within their range and had me move forward with the process. Even though I had no specific area where I wanted to work I was asked to rank the different openings and was forced into limiting to only applying in one posting. Unfortunately The General Manager at that property, outside his preview discussed salary expectations which caused issues going forward with my interview process. I had approximately 5 separate phone and virtual interviews along with reference checks and an online assessment.

Applied online and received an email from recruiter the same day. Interviewed over the phone with recruiter the next day. Interviewed with General Manager the next day. Was told I would interview with Regional Manager and that never happened. I was asked to complete reference check of 6 references and online assessment. The assessment is very long and painful. Interviews were relatively easy and was ultimately contacted by e-mail to be advised that they were not going to move forward with my application. Would have been nice to be contacted via phone for being a "family owned" company and having been through most of the interview process.

3 interviews. Recruiter, GM of the hotel you are interviewing for, and Regional Manager. The Recruiting team made the process very easy and they were very willing to work interviews around my previous job schedule.
