I had an initial writing test, a 45 min phone interview and three 1:1 interviews (a total of ~2 hours) at the office. I really enjoyed speaking with the man I phone interviewed with and met again at the office, but I thought the other two interviewers gave off an air of pretentiousness. One interviewer didn't even ask me any work-related questions, just what I do in my free time, etc. It felt like he hadn't prepared and wasn't taking the interview seriously.
