J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dropbox (New York, NY) en sept. 2020
Entretien
I was referred to Dropbox by an internal employee. The interview process with Dropbox was extremely unprofessional.
The first call I had was with a recruiter. He was very friendly and lovely to speak with.
However, for the second round, I spoke with a senior recruiter. He bullied me into thinking I wasn't a good fit for the role. He kept questioning my credentials and experience, even when I repeatedly assured him I had the qualifications for the job. He told me that the salary for the AE role was much lower than what the first recruiter had told me. It was clear he was trying to dissuade me from pursuing Dropbox. At the end of the call, he told me that he was trying to "talk me out of the position" but "could tell that I really wanted to work at Dropbox".
In summary, my phone call with the senior recruiter was a terrible experience and waste of time.

Question 1
Do you have experience selling into IT departments within organizations?
Au total 9 entretiens donc 5 entretiens le même jour, mélange d’entretiens formels et informels. Très long et peu compréhensible.
Chaque interlocuteur était extrêmement bienveillants, mais processus très long avant d’avoir une réponse définitive

Entretien
6-7 interviews with a presentation in front of a panel. The process was extremely long and full of changes.
I had originally interviewed in February and after completing all 7 interviews (including the presentation), I was told that i was a “hire recommendation”, however I was then informed a day later if I would be able to go to Melbourne as they made a last minute decision to change the role, after declining they told me that they will find me a role in nsw, 6-7 months later I was contacted and told to stay tuned. 3-4 months after that I was invited for a coffee with the new sales director, 2 weeks after that I was told I was going to have a formal interview with him by recuiter a in Japan. 2-3 weeks after that they said that it was changed to a phone call to talk about the “role” instead, which is where I kindly declined to progress with the role any longer.
