Recruiter contacted me on Linkedin, interviewed with her on the phone, then scheduled a video call with 3 employees (2 managers and a designer). The initial phone screen lasted about 20 minutes and the video call was 1 hour.

The process was stressful. But the process was not hard. There were just a bunch of interviews and reiterating my resume with each one. So, should have been a panel interview versus back-to-back.

The interview process was professional and the responses were timely. It took about three weeks to get a response back on whether I had the job or not. I did get an offer but declined
