So I’ll be blunt. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They looked me up and down and just came off rude from the get go. Ian (Shadeland location) made it clear they had no plan on hiring me, but then lied and said I’d receive a call. I knew it was BS, but it’s the principle of being a professional when you’re in management. The company needs to learn to be blunt and honest about decisions. The other dude was extremely kind tho, and I appreciate that part of it.

Very straight forward and fun. I think they have a good culture and working environment. It lasted for about 30 minutes. I met with the sales manager and general manager.

Met with four managers, talked about my sales experience, had to show my skills as a salesman by selling a car to one of the managers and just talking to see if I fit in with the team.
