I was honestly surprised at how casual it was. Everyone was really nice but I was only asked 1 question. "Tell me about yourself and why you want to work in production?" Very early on it seemed like I may not be a serious consideration because they were using phrases like, "even if you're not chosen for this internship." It felt more like I was being tested but had no clue what I was being tested on. Come with a lot of questions to ask because they will spend the entire time answering them.
