J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dream Factory Agency (Orlando, FL) en oct. 2010
Entretien
The interviewer was difficult to understand because of his accent. He asked many questions that were not relevant to the position. Office was not decorated like an agency and the place does not foster creativity, which was important to me. The software was also outdated since I was expecting Adobe CS5. Employees seemed tight and wanting to please the boss. The only nice thing was that they gave me a tour of the back lot of Universal, including a visit to a Starbucks coffee inside the park.

Question 1
The questions they asked me were too basic, so it wasn't a matter of knowledge they were trying to learn from me. My guess was that they hire on looks instead of skill.

Entretien
Two interviews, first one was with the creative manager (who no longer works for the company) and the second was with the creative manager and the COO. They were both pretty short, and relatively simple. I did show my portfolio since I was interviewing for a creative position.
