Standard process. Recruiter screen, Hiring manager, panel interview. I was told several times I would receive an update, only to have that delayed 3 times. The interviews were normal and I was lead on to believe I landed the role only to receive a phone call stating otherwise which soured the whole experience when it could have been an email. Even the recruiter said everything was great and overall positive feedback.
