Part of our process involves using a web-based pre-employment evaluation system that was designed by some of the world's leading testing experts to provide data that measures spatial, verbal, logic, and math aptitude as well as insight into your unique personality.
The assessment comprises of two sections:
Cognitive Aptitude* (15 min): This measures critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to learn and apply new information. It is scored accordingly and candidates must have a minimum score to move forward in the interview process.
Personality: This is a general personality inventory that provides valuable insight into your work style.
Together, these assessments will only require approximately 30 minutes of your time. If you are unfamiliar with these types of assessments, here are a few quick tips:
Aptitude:
Environment: Choose a quiet location where you will not be interrupted or distracted because this assessment cannot be paused. Please do not use your mobile phone.
Equipment: Calculators are not allowed, so having paper and pencils available will be helpful
Pace: Answer carefully, but remember that points are not deducted for incorrect answers
The cognitive assessment there is no penalty for wrong answers, your score is calculated on number of correct answers so do not spend too much time on any one question.
Personality:
Scoring: Answer as honestly as you can because there are no right or wrong answers
Pace: This assessment is not timed – it typically takes about 15 minutes to complete
