Present research topic at a seminar, one on one with 8 people, dinner prior to the interview day, lunch with the team. Overall, everyone was very nice and they were not there to interrogate you. I had a great time meeting the team, talking about science, their work, their experiences.
Interview was ok. Gave 45 min presentation with approx 10 attendees and had personal interviews with approx 5 people. Don't remember much else unfortunately as this was a while ago.

Long but very useful. Met several stakeholders who gave a good overview of the process. At PhD level, you will have to present your work. Got a tour of the facility
