2 rounds interview, one with the manager and the nest round with more senior people in the organization. General assessment of motivation and why this company or this location. Some of the questions included testing my collaborative skills and ability to work under time pressure

The interview process took a while, a total of 3 months. I first received a phone screening, then an interview via phone with two of the managers. After two months, I had a face to face group panel interview with the hiring managers. That took about an hour but was pretty good. I was even offered advice on things to interviewed with Coordinators and then the manager of the group. The interview went well. It helped to have knowledge of the company and its systems which gave me an edge. Also, the company does run a background check and performs a drug test before you're start date.
