Entretien
Quite a long process. Typical interview questions were asked. HR called first and then I set up a meeting with the hiring manager and her fellow colleagues. Was really hoping to get hired but was disappointed they went with another candidate.

Entretien
This was the most rigorous interview process I experienced during my post-grad job search in college. Justifiably so, the candidate pool was competitive and Dow vets accordingly. This was also the first and only group interview I have done. (i.e. three candidates in the room, three interviewers in the room). The dynamic is different and could catch you off guard if you're not prepared.
