IThe questions are pre-setted HR questions, which include: wut do u do if you see your colleague is not doing sth. rite? The questions set are same, no personal questions was asked. There are Manager, two group members (Analytical technologist & Analytical specialist, two process chemistry scientists and manager. After the set questions, Scientist will ask technical questions. The applicant also have chance to introduce herself/himself (I did touch up brief intro. base on my resume, I guess most of the people review the resume at the last min, which didn't read most of the details)

Entretien
2 managers asking technical questions for 2 hours. Very grueling, exacting, but if you know your stuff you should be all right. Panel interview with 2 PhD chemists. No lab tour. Very tight security until you are in. No preview of questions, structured interview which changes each year.
