The interview was held on campus and was conducted by two Dow employees. Each employee had a different background with Dow but overall they clearly signified the values that the company stood for. The interview covered my past experiences and the questions were all behavioral. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Foi uma experiência um pouco estressante. Inicialmente, a equipe se apresenta rapidamente. Após isso, passei pelas perguntas normais de entrevista entry level (conte uma dificuldade e como resolveu, etc), das quais uma tive que responder em inglês e o resto em português. Por fim, tive que resolver um case de supply chain curto (não tenho experiência na área). A entrevista durou cerca de 30 min.
Met at career fair and had a 20 minute in person interview next day, mostly tell me about a time when questions. 15 minute zoom follow up interview just about yourself.
Straight forward interview process. Went to a career fair. Mainly behavioral questions which lasted 30 minutes. Gave time to ask questions as well. Overall, a concise and positive interview experience.
