Got interviewed through my University Career Center. I was called in for a face-to-face interview. Mainly they asked behavioral questions like: most challenging things you faced, time when you could not meet deadline, one coursework that helped you immensely, why should we hire you, why this company.

Routine annual on-campus recruitment. Two R&D manager interviewed me. The half of the interview focuses on specific technology. The other half of time is about regular behavior questions. The interviewers are very nice. Not sure whether I will get an on-site chance.
