First interview with Webex. The recruiter made me feel very relaxed and confortable. Then I had a second call and together with the recruiter I arrived to the decision the role was not for me, I needed something more technical. The recruiter was very kind, and understood my needs, sending my profile to a collegue involved in technical recruiting.
Average questions for the position, classic STAR system. They look for organized and compliant employees. Interview lasts between 40 and 50 minutes. Usually is the direct manager who will conduct the interview
