- They ask way too personal questions even for a small company standards even though they keep telling you how big, professional they are.
- No feedback at all, I mean at all.
- Felt like they are governed by its own employees. Which means; you will not be welcomed if you are too good for them. No competition is allowed. They are who they are and they will stay there forever.
Average questions for the position, classic STAR system. They look for organized and compliant employees. Interview lasts between 40 and 50 minutes. Usually is the direct manager who will conduct the interview
