The interview was over the phone. The questions were more value driven - why I wanted to become a carer. There were no technical questions. The company used to adopt an approach that a "caring person" were right for the sector, irrespective of qualification/experience/industry skills. They were more focused on soft skills.

Very strange interview didn't a if I had any knowledge of the company or have done simpler work just was very quick to want to get me into the job .. the job advertisement was for week days and every second weekend however they wanted to only offer me every weekend once I was bin the interview
