Received a call to to complete the assessment test. I completed the assessment test and was called back for an interview. The interview went well and the interviewer assured me I would hear back from them regardless of their decision but she completely ghosted me. I found it very funny because she thought it was so awful to email candidates rejections and she said they always call every candidate. I would prefer an email rejection instead of being ghosted. I've never experienced this and find it extremely immature. It only takes a few minutes to respond to an email or call. I came in for a hour interview, the least I can get is a response. Very unprofessional I see why they have such a low ratings on Glassdoor.
