A very informal interview process, seemed more like a quick chat with management than an interview. I was asked about my previous experience and knowledge of food, wine, etc. Seemed fairly disorganised with other staff members interrupting every 5 minutes.

Very comfortable and the manager was friendly, which eased my nerves as it was my first interview in the UK. Their warmth made the experience welcoming.Interview questions were just normal questions to know about my experience

Staff were very friendly and by the questions they asked in my interview, they definitely looked at my cv beforehand and asked me questions that played to my strengths which allowed me to show them why I would be a good fit for the job
