A relaxed interview and informal questions were asked on both sides.
I do feel a phone call/ email should be sent out regardless of the decision.
The interviewer was very nice but maybe misleading a bit.

It was a very in depth interview with specific questions from the HR manager as well as the Front Office Director. They wrote down your answers and asked hypothetical questions about different circumstances that may arise in the hotel business.

Greet the interviewer, he told me a little about the job, asked me to tell a little about myself, asked me to explain a time I had to deescalate a situation, then asked me did I have any questions, later explained next steps.

I saw an opening on the Hilton website for the position of the front desk agent. I’ve applied through the website, and also personally handed my Cv to the hotel I wanted to work. A week later got a call for interview. Went through the interview and after another week, started work.
