3. F2F interview - Clueless manager trying to ask nothing relevant to the role or job
The whole interview was a complete waste of my time and effort.

He didn’t seem qualified to take any interview.
Had one of the worst communication skills that I could recall in the recent past.

Entretien
First I had an online test with 20 questions focussing on aptitude and related to logistics. The next stage was an online interview with the senior manager which lasted for one hour. The final interview was with the managing director which again lasted for an hour. After a few days of the final interview HR called and asked for references and previous payslips
