Online Application, and then in-person interview. very easy questions mostly just to make sure you can handle the job. also had to do a personality test and submit a ABC license

It was a really relaxed interview and short he really only wanted to know my availability but the GM was a little intimidating so be prepared for that. I think they're only really concerned with how often you'll ask off. They don't seem to be very accepting of having another job.
