Recruiter did not call at scheduled time. No response on follow up emails. Why? Atleast have professional courtesy if not interested or if position eliminated. Very bad experience. I will never use DoorDash

The process stretched over two months because of the holidays in December and my delaying the final round into January due to holiday travel.
The process involved a recruiter screen through a referral, the first round consisting of two interviews - System Design and People Leadership (1 hr each).
I got positive feedback the next day, and I scheduled the final round, which had four interviews - Product, Delivery, Systems Design and Domain Knowledge, and a Leadership chat with the Hiring Manager.
Following that, there was a 30 minute chat with a senior leader of the division I was joining, which was more in-depth than I expected.

Question 1
I can't go over the specific questions, but the technical interviews change based on the position. For the domain knowledge portion, be prepared to talk about a system you have built, what trade-offs you considered, and what you learned from that experience working with other engineers.
The leadership, product, and delivery interviews are fairly standard.
All interviewers left plenty of time for questions, and everyone was very respectful and open to sharing relevant information about the culture and tech.
Overall, the interviews were rigorous, but felt like I was meeting my future co-workers.
